its not hard to cut, i was 180 when i started and got close to 300.
just like anything take your time do it right and be patient
most people want to see results first day, it takes a while to see results, if your going to bulk just make sure you go hard, if u dont see your hawt abzzz anyone dont worry

Whoa I could'nt even recognize him, he looks a lot better there
damn 300.. any exercises in particular you would recommend while i'm bulking?
my main exercises are DL's, dumbell presses, squats, weighted pullups/chinups, weighted dips,rows and military presses
just added racked DL's today!
anything else I should do?

major compound movements, dont need to be doing stupid little shit like a body builder, lift heavy get big skip all that stupid shit just stick with low reps and heavy weights, anything over 6ish reps u will be going into cardio zone

stupid question but,
what should I do if I can't lift up the first rep without a spotter on my dumbell presses?
I always have to use a spotter to do my first rep whenever I lift over 65s, but is there any way that I can do it myself? like any "cheats" to get up the first rep

If you want to avoid fats, avoid all oil that seems like it can't be squeezed out of a vegetable. For instance, olives and nuts will release oil when you squeeze them. Sunflower seeds and soy beans do not. Also, if it comes from an animal, it's all good.
That's the easiest way to tell good fat from bad. Can it be squeezed from a seed easily or cut off an animal? If so, eat it. That's what we are designed to do. Posted via RS Mobile |

isnt pig oil and lard bad for you though? like doesnt it cause heart problems when you eat too much of it

watching bodybuilding videos on youtube before workout gets me going. at the gym listen to pumpup songs during workout (mainly dubstep) + pre workout + while you rest, think about the people that doubted you.. your ex's, the girls that passed up on you, envision the body that you want + the pump you get = amazing. im basically cumming in the gym, like arnold would say
