well i have no chest or try's. Benched 1 3/4 plate today no problem. In a month im pushing for 2. But my back is so weak. Probably becuase im so heavy. I've lost 15 pounds of fat so far, and this diet is killing me lol. I just gotta keep doing inverted rows. |

maxed out my back squat today. i have that feeling with every rep that im not going low enough and its really throwing me off hovering at 143ish....haha yes lightweight. going to try and bench 215 2rep max before I leave for vacation! |

1mr hands down i used to think white flood was the best but 1 mr took over and i bet the next best thing would be some illegal mix lol why redbull dont u crash haha |
