So i just cracked open a case of vanilla icecream ON. Tastes pretty.... plain. Kinda like nothing.

Two douchebags today at the gym. They were doing bicep curls in the power rack when the gym was super busy--had maybe 20 pounds at the most added to the bar. Theres weighted barbells on the side for christ sake. Go back to smoking poles

well i have no chest or try's. Benched 1 3/4 plate today no problem. In a month im pushing for 2. But my back is so weak. Probably becuase im so heavy. I've lost 15 pounds of fat so far, and this diet is killing me lol. I just gotta keep doing inverted rows.

inverted rows are good eh
do u ever do rack pulls for back ? i do them lots and i always find my whole back is sore the next day even my traps, this is why i barley do shrugs anymore

anyone know a weight gainer thats effective and doesnt taste like ass, been taking whey by 6 star for the past couple months and i get closer to puking everytime i take it

well you could do
4 scoops peanut butter 400 calories , 2 cups oats 400-600 ish , milk , berries , olive oil anything elss and OMG u are at more then a weight gainer and it is good for you and u will not get fat

maxed out my back squat today. i have that feeling with every rep that im not going low enough and its really throwing me off

hovering at 143ish....haha yes lightweight. going to try and bench 215 2rep max before I leave for vacation!

Superpump or 1MR? Reviews for 1MR sound super intense.

Iunno, I just had it on hand. I keep a case of RB and a case of Gatorade G2 in my trunk just in case.

It's my first time trying out a PWO product, I am scared of 1MR lol.
