noob body builder here, a worker at GNC was really nice to talk with and he said that i should switch to more bar workouts than dumbbells since it involves more of the body than isolating one part. (dunno if this is true or not) my friend told me not to do too much bar to gain mass because my lifting is not that even (my arms not lifting it even perfectly) should i just change it to bar workouts? what type of workouts should i do? |
