I guess 250 wasnt my max :) had alotta sleep, big breakfast+pre-workout guess todays just a really really good day
Oh, and i tried doing deadlifts without shoes, worked a lot better for me!

Ok have the DL list again. Let me know if you have updates. I did 295x5 again this week and it was easier. Will try for 305 x 5 next week.

Sounds like you have a condition known as bad form/ to much weight. Take some weight off and go SLOW till you feel comfortable and the process is smooth.

On heavy deadlifts, do you guys completely drop the bar to do the second rep or just touch the ground? Ive seen videos of people doing both :(

Claiming you lift, but not posting a picture is fine. I basically believe all the guys on the DL list and they haven't all posted pics, but none of them have claimed they can DL 450 and have 6% BF.

Ask a friend with a smart phone, use a laptop webcam, borrow a camera, I don't care, just POST A MOTHER FUCKING PICTURE ALPHA.

noob body builder here, a worker at GNC was really nice to talk with and he said that i should switch to more bar workouts than dumbbells since it involves more of the body than isolating one part. (dunno if this is true or not) my friend told me not to do too much bar to gain mass because my lifting is not that even (my arms not lifting it even perfectly) should i just change it to bar workouts? what type of workouts should i do?
