Stupid hockey kids took the squat rack doing a 6 person circuit :suspicious:. had to skip out rack pulls and go on with other back workouts. |

My diet is like this: Spoiler! I tried to make it as easy as possible .. cook my chicken the night before and then just heat it up + eat as I need. Usually just put a little butter ontop + seasoning salt and stick it in oven for 30 mins. So far I'm doing good losing weight pretty gradually + staying pretty strong thus far. Gonna probably have to cut out more carbs to really shed weight. That's my ideal day btw, I'm not 100% dedicated .. damn dhillon i cant eat like that lol i love my roti and samosas too much i think one of my probs is i dont do any cardio and im having the toughest time getting my shoulders stronger and bigger |
You have a good full chest pretty even / shoulders and traps could use work Don't worry about biceps they will grow with back |

gonna stop focusing on lats a lot and focus on thickness, getting too disproportionate, i used to do one back workout width, one thickness (deads) but now im just gonna do deads every workout but one workout high volume, the other low skinny when you said arms can be trained 6-7 days a week without overtraining them, Spoiler! back bis chest tris legs delts arms repeat? |
