I got a friend to form check my deadlifts today; turns out that I am raising my hips too quickly and end up doing a mostly SLDL. Time to drop weight and fix that shit before I go anywhere near 315 :okay: |

better day at the gym last night, dead tired from work now that i'm back to regular hours and duties gonna need to get some assault asap lowered the weight on my squats to try to work on my form a bit....went back to highbar and that helped with not rolling forward...still need to lose my shoes and try again upped my bench and row though, so progress is still being made....just stalling on squats looking forward to going tomorrow morning with energy |

I have been eating clean 98% of the time and leaning down. I've found that that my squats have gone down dramatically but deadlift has not gone down as much. Squats I have gone done from PR 305x3 down to 255x5. Deadlifts gone from 315x2 down to 295x5. I lift 3 times a week and do cardio 3-4 times to speed up weight loss and train for half marathon PR.
