I got a friend to form check my deadlifts today; turns out that I am raising my hips too quickly and end up doing a mostly SLDL. Time to drop weight and fix that shit before I go anywhere near 315

i used to do that too. legs would start to straighten before the weight came off the ground. now i really heavily focus on squeezing my lower back when i start to move and its helped a ton.
I would start cutting, probably need 3-4 months to cut the fat off your gut

lowered the weight on my squats to try to work on my form a bit....went back to highbar and that helped with not rolling forward...still need to lose my shoes and try again
upped my bench and row though, so progress is still being made....just stalling on squats

The only body fluids that will leave me during gym is PUKE. Not "tears" Man up son and quit acting like a roid raging emotional bitch.
I have been eating clean 98% of the time and leaning down. I've found that that my squats have gone down dramatically but deadlift has not gone down as much. Squats I have gone done from PR 305x3 down to 255x5. Deadlifts gone from 315x2 down to 295x5. I lift 3 times a week and do cardio 3-4 times to speed up weight loss and train for half marathon PR.
My Diet on a typical day:

Breakfast: protein pancake (1/2 cup egg whites, 1/4 cup oats, scoop vanilla whey, 1 tbsp nosugar maple syrup, 1 tbsp nat crunchy pb)
Snack: 3/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
Lunch: chicken breast or grd turkey, lots of veggies,
Snack: handful of almonds and a granny smith apple
Post workout: banana, skim milk, 1/2 cup frozen berries, 1.5 scoop vanilla whey
Dinner: chicken or grd turkey (sometimes extra lean grd beef or steak), salad or broccoli, quinoa
Snack: shake: 1/2 banana, 1 tbsp pb, 4 ice cubes, 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, scoop of vanilla whey

You have a good full chest pretty even / shoulders and traps could use work
Don't worry about biceps they will grow with back
ya im going to try working out shoulders twice a week and i never do traps but im starting to do them today
