I like to play a little game with myself when I go to they scale. I set the scale where I think I'll be for the day and see how off I am. A girl I see at the gym everyday is usually on the stairmaster with headphones on and I use my fingers to tell her the weight I'm guessing for the day. Today I guessed 202lbs and she laughed and shook her head. Bang on. Then she asked how the hell I'm gaining so much weight lol. Bulk Mode Engaged.
I've kicked the McDonalds habit. Breakfast is Oatmeal (1 and 1/3 cups) and 4 slices of Peanut Butter toast. Only thing I get from McPukes is a coffee in the morning. Then I go back on my break for a free refill and use it to make my 10am weight gain coffee shake. Tastes sooooo good. 1 full scoop vanilla weight gainer mixed in shaker cup with 1 full McDonalds large double double = perfect amount in cup and really good Vanilla Coffee Taste. Then I have lunch before gym (tuna sammiches) and then another shake after the gym. Dinner is box of KD and 1lb ground beef. Then more tuna before bed.
I had All you can eat sushi and 4L of chocolate ice cream last night. Feel so guilty for cheating my cut but I love ice cream.

I'm sorry. I can't get excited for my newly found arm day. Shittiest day of the week. Too top it off I feel like a douche curling a barbell. I judge myself, like every other douche who I assume curls 5 days a week. lol
I don't think I could down 4L of ice cream if I hadn't eaten anything for a couple days, and craved ice cream

Haven't posted here in a while but I changed my diet up a bit for the past month or so to try and gain weight. Started reintroducing carbs in my meals again on a regular basis and would just continuously eat...
That being said, I gained about 5 lbs throughout four weeks, although I thought I gained quite a bit more because of the obscene amounts of food I was eating. Clothes are feeling a bit tighter but I'm going to see if I can gain another 5 to 10 lbs before I decide on what to do next...I'll be going to Vegas middle of the month so I hope I can gain some weight there!
Never knew gaining weight would be so hard...but at least I'm seeing/feeling a bit of the progress!

I vary it. Start with 100mg work way up to 300mg then taper back down to 100mg. You can take it every day, just don't take a full 300mg dose every day. Don't mix it with melatonin. When taking phenibut (love that stuff) I never take more than 100mg
You can down 4L of a ice cream in one sitting! That is quite the cheat
