I was feeling the same on the couch after work. Had a little nap, was feeling a bit down cause I have nothing to do tonight. Forced myself up out of my daze, snapped out of it, and went BEAST MODE on my back. Caught one of the female PT's watching me twice! squats aren't looking good for me
i finally hit 205, but now, my legs are giving up and feel weak
doing 135lbs is like doing my 200lbs last week.

The fuck is happening to my motivation. Been skipping workouts here and there due to school...and now I can't seem to get my ass to the gym.

Gonna hit my back in a couple hours..hopefully I can get my regular routine going again

You cant eat anything at work? Def helps to have a fridge and microwave.

Good workout this morning as well. its great having all equipment free. Cut down to 183lbs. I am happy I can still ohp 135 lbs 5/4/2.

When I'm desperate .. rather than starve and risk burning precious muscle lol, I get any burger and just eat the patty. Mcdouble's are pretty good, extra pickle no sauce ... almost zero carb and the pickle makes it tasty. Or add mcchicken sauce but thats straight up mayo.

before i'd go 3x a week consistently m/w/f
recently schedule has been inconsistent and so has diet and i totally felt it this morning when i went.

Ahhh i feel yeah, i might do that more often. I used to work at mcdix way back and ate that shit everyday. Havent had any mcdix in half year.

In the middle of studying for exams .. gave myself a 2 hour break to go hit the weights + eat some food. Feel really good right now

Failed last week's max for push press .. I guess the strength loss is starting to come into play Also off creatine

^i do around 50% of working weight, u can also do it on smith with suicide grip

how much oat flour should i add to a post workout shake that has 1.5 scoops isolate?

also @skinny, when taking b-a u take it twice a day to get it into ur system like creatine correct? like a teaspoon in morning and teaspoon pre workout or end of day?
