squats aren't looking good for me
i finally hit 205, but now, my legs are giving up and feel weak
doing 135lbs is like doing my 200lbs last week.

The fuck is happening to my motivation. Been skipping workouts here and there due to school...and now I can't seem to get my ass to the gym.

In the middle of studying for exams .. gave myself a 2 hour break to go hit the weights + eat some food. Feel really good right now

how much oat flour should i add to a post workout shake that has 1.5 scoops isolate?
