chest bis tonite, hit new p.r of 165 x 5 flat bench, my old 1rm a few months ago, been really focusing on improving my bench lately (& dl), but going back to dbs & alternating them weekly, excited to find out my flat db press (havent done since summer) & bench 1rm
been eating more clean lately, bodyfat has gone down getting more vascular pumps and starting to see bottom 2 abs a lot more, i didnt weigh myself for a couple weeks and stepped on today @156lbs, highest ive ever been (: Posted via RS Mobile

ive done stronglifts before for 6 weeks last year, it got my bench to 140, my bench was 155 x 7 for 1 set a little over a month ago & i actually used 5x5 for flat bench, starting at 135 and got up to 155 5x5, then 160 3x5 & today did 165 x 5, second set 4 reps so 5x5 has defs helped

im going back to 5x5 starting september, hopefully my shoulder will be okay with benching. wanna get my big 3 up in the 3-2-1 range, squat is already at 2 plates.
Or you just factor in the meals to your calories and make sure you are still eating less then maintenance..
I ate McDonalds/Wendys for like 6 days in a row and then just filled in my protein with a couple shakes and I ended up losing a bunch of "stubborn" fat... lol
