any GOOD quad workouts that dont involve using the knee?
right knee is still messed up
my knees have been bad but ive been using the bike after my work outs and they are feeling stronger... i use the bikes that only have the manual difficulty (the lever that you move up and down) and put it half way and go at a hard pace for about 15 mins, at about 5mins your legs should be starting to burn
I stoPped doing those tricep excercises a year ago. When resting the weight on my shoulder bringing it up, it would blow a ton of blood vessels. Unforunate too as it's a good exercise. Posted via RS Mobile
Damn, haven't squatted heavy in 2 weeks, and surprisingly got an extra rep on my 1RM (315x2)! Super happy about that, plus did high volume leg press with a triple drop set. Fell down 4 steps of stairs leaving the gym.
Also did some biceps today. Reminded myself why I stopped doing 21s.

the only time i can superset with push-ups is the bench press. when i do triceps (meaning targetting them) and i try to superset with push-ups i cant do any

Nose bleeds? What are you taking for your cut? I heard about clen causing that (and other problems with blood pressure) but I think ECA can cause it too, depending on dosage
I'd go to a doctor, it could be something to worry about, depending on what you are taking
