End of week 6 of 5-3-1. (2 cycles, skipped deload week). Week 1 --> Week 6 Bench 210x14 --> 240x8 OH Press 140x9 --> 160x5 Squat 280x9 --> 325x3 Deadlift 350x8 --> 405x6 A bit disappointed in the OH press and squats. I got stronger at medium weights but this did not translate as well as I'd like to heavy weights. When weights got heavier my form would break down. Oh well. Gonna deload next week, get some much needed rest, watch a lotta videos during the time off and hit it hard when I get back. |

awesome back workout tonight. DL 225x4! ended off the night with a few curls in the squat rack for good measure...with just the bar :troll: side note, does anyone else act stupid after they take a preworkout supp? I just start yelling gibberish and jump around while I'm on my way out of the house to pump myself up. My family probably thinks I went full retard. |

Rant: I hate people that skip at the gym at peak hours. It's already busy enough, we don't need someone taking up valuabe floor space (i.e. the only spot you can deadlift). Buy a skipping rope and skip at home ffs. Oh and skipping on a bosu ball just looks plain :stupid: |

Your talking to Mr Nosebleed, but I have nose issues ha. If it's just starting Skinny is prob right, is a caffeine, or high BP issue. If it's continuous, the DR can cauterize the blood vessels in your nose. It helps for a bit. Also you can try a humidifier in your room or just boil a pot of water. Coating the inside of your nose with vaseline works really well too (Use a Q tip). |

Yea if you look at Zyzz for the Character he was he was pretty funny. I can give him and his group of friends credit for not giving a fuck and living life the way we all wish we could. That being said. Inclined 100's for 8 today... no spot. Summertime body come at me Bro. I'm thinking we should do a RS Workout Thread group pic at the RS summer meet what do you think? Berz out. |

Reporting back. Didnt like the taste of craze but it gave me a different kind of mood when i was at the gym. More beastmode then focus. Had a killer shoulder and arms workout. Ended up trying to find my one rep max for deadlift at the end of my workout as well. Before i did 225x5. Was able to pull 275 x 1.
