Anyone ever look into calisthenics? Its pure bodyweight, looks pretty intense!
Seems to get you really cut too, and I'm sure that you'll get a huge back/shoulders out of it.

On a cut, would you say peanut butter is good or bad? (Not excessive peanut butter of course)

I usually put some in my oatmeal, and eat some with carrots as a snack.

funny thing is, i used to be allergic. In elementry school I would purposely eat peanut butter chocolate bars to be sent home (i lived 2 min away), then I'd play video games......

Then I inadvertently built up a tolerance to the stuff. Now I love it.

What's a good brand of natural peanut butter?

Switching from high bar to low bar squats. Feeling strain on my wrists. I know you are not supposed to support the bar with the wrists but I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Shoulders are back and trying to rest the bar on my back.

Any advice?

Got talked into doing TC 10k run two weeks before Oak Bay Half Marathon (going for PR under 1hr 40 min). Should be good practice for race day routine.

Adams crunchy PB is good. Good to know its still ok to have it on a cut. I put some on my protein pancakes as well as in a pb/banana shake.

Another 5lbs on incline bench. 180 x 5 x 5.... Slow and steady baby. 2 plates in 2 months is the goal.

Hey AME_VIP,

Another poster had the same problem, and I told him that his wrist needed to be straightened. And thumb is overhand as well, not wrapped.
Rippletoe explained it in this following video (13:00 Minute Mark). Watch it again, again, then give it a week, and again (seriously lol, I keep learning more).
