I would throw a row in there too and something for your shoulders. Pullups are good for your back but a row is better. You basically just described the 5x5 program.
Dat feeling when women start touching you while saying "... There's something different about you"
Dat feeling when people start calling you "Big Guy"
My parents came up to visit to me. It's the first time I've seen them in over a year. They stayed at my place and when I came out of the bathroom after my shower I had no shirt on and my mom said "Are you doing steroids again?"
Or you meet some girl at the club, cum inside of her, find out shes only in grade 12, so you buy a Prada bag for her to make things right, she finds out the bag is a fake and decides to have the kid

I'm in the same situation as you. Took a week off, and didn't care for my nutrition. First day back today, and decided to see where my big 3's were at.
Deadlift: From 335lb, to failing 315lb
Bench Press: Went from 185 for 10 to 185 for 7
Squats - Didn't really evaluate, but struggled squatting 275lb when I usually wouldn't.
3 weeks without working out and counting. First the slipped disk and now I've been decimated with the flu. FML.
Question to all the former fatty's or in the transitioning from fatty to slim......
Which part of you're body did you guys first start seeing definition after you started losing weight? Im finding that my arms, lats, shoulders and traps are showing some good definition and the chest is really starting to fill in, just can't stand how some parts of my body are starting to look really good but my stomach and lower chest is
Yup I'm in the same boat as you, so far I manage to drop 10 lbs since I got back to the gym, so far I'm about 8 weeks consistent.
I used to have a belly, but it's gotten flatter since then.
As for the love handles...

Berz out.
Wide, or narrow? I usually did rows back in the day. With pull ups and rows I imagine for a basic workout routine my back would be covered. I was also very surprised at how when you do squats as part of your routine you basically don't need to do much else for core.

How long did it take you to achieve those numbers. Insane....
I'm at the same weight, but half of what you lift Lol. (I could cut some weight lolllllll)
I've been lifting since age 16 but it was never for strength, more of "fitness". I started hardcore lifting for strength in university and I've been doing so for 3 years or so. I started at 225lb squat, 205lb bench, 315deadlift. I figure I add about 100lb to my lifts everyyear but my bench is shit
@Tunny: I first saw fat loss in my face, then my arms became more defined along with shoulders/traps/back. Now just working on my fathandles and imaginary 6 pack.

If your doing Barbell rows the grip you use should be as wide as your bench grip. That is the ideal row for a simple workout. Squats work your core big time.
I'm trying to cut from 190 to 170 (then get to 176 lean) while also training for the Sun Run. Been running 6miles 2 times a week. My diet has been pretty much no carbs, lots of chicken, veggies, fruit. My only real carb is my peanut butter oatmeal in the morning.
Last night some friends came over who I haven't seen in awhile and we ate chinese food. There was fried rice, noodles, etc. I remember reading that cheat days are good for your diet, and you should maybe have one 1-2 times a month. So I cheated, atee rice and noodles, but not a whole lot.
Today I went for my run and I felt amazing. Stopped at 6 miles with a record time, could def have gone on for longer (I wish I had). When I was changing to go home, I was thinking that it was most likely my carbs I ate last night (all that goodness).
Should I be trying to eat more carbs everyday? Should I be cycling carbs on different days? I don't count calories...I tried but it became too much work to keep track. All I know is that I've been eating A LOT of eggs, lol.
Thanks guys.

So eat lots, add protein shakes daily, and supplement Leucine. That's probably your best bet in terms of diet.
You could also add "cycling" if you're willing to go that route.
Thanks for the advice. I will keep up the protein and BCAA's.
"Cycling" is not an option.. I have never even taken creatine!!
I am currently - > 5'10 174lbs @10% (measured at bodycomp imaging last week)
Thanks SP for the reply!
Make sure it's leucine, as you can get a high dose of it easily. (and btw for folks IFing, be sure not to take leucine by itself while fasting, it can cause hypoglycemia easily, which is not very fun before a workout). If you go the full BCAA route, you will need to make sure you are taking enough to get a high dose of leucine. Look for one that has a high leucine ratio in that case.
An easy way is to get something like a BCAA pre workout drink, and add a scoop of pure leucine to it.
Here are some studies that show that leucine can significantly slow protein degradation:
