Just had to cut my workout short today, because my joints were getting sore. It started with squats - my hip joints got really sore by my 4th working set.
Went to bench press, and again by the 3rd or 4th set, I had severe pain right above my elbows. I foolishly finished the work.
Tried bb rows, got really sore in my shoulders. Tried overhead press, same thing. No matter what I did, it would be pretty much fine for the first set, but after 2, various joints would be sore.
I am trying to figure out what I did different the last 2 days. I am doing an IF diet, but never had this happen before. My only guess is the 2 beers I had last night. I rarely drink anymore, so it could be this.
The other changes are, I started taking dmae last week. I do take stims pre workout, so it is possible I was dehydrated. Also, I wasn't feeling like I was going to kill it in the gym when I woke up. Sometimes this doesn't mean anything, but maybe it was a symptom. Posted via RS Mobile
I've been living abroad for the last 6 months and haven't any gyms near by. I bought a pull up bar online, and started doing narrow and wide pull ups, push ups, dips on a chair and sit ups. Kind of funny becasuse I am in the best shape I've ever been in, and I used to hit the gym regularly at home. Just goes to show me how much time I was wasting.
When I get home it's going to be squats, weighted pull ups and bench press. That's it.
You need to go to McFitt. 14 oder 17 Euro pro monaten. Einfach gut aussehen.

I'm about to start working out and I've been watching a few youtube videos to learn proper form, especially for deadlifts. Could you guys provide me some tips?
Had a back day this morning.....feels good; but now I just wanna sleep at work.

partial back day for me again today too, well really shoulders day but going to start with a couple sets deadlifts and dumbbell chest presses before I hit shoulders. 455 deadlift today
I can pull 195 for a couple reps on the seated row machine, so I'd be happy with t-barring 3 or 4 plates I've never tried it, maybe I will next back day.
