haven't been to the gym since monday...got back there today weighed my self...down 5 pounds since last weekend...that's what happens when you're fiance goes to maui and you can't cook lol squat was 195 5x5 ...which is my normal body weight overhead 115 5x5 deadlift 265 5x1 then did skull crushers and some solder and chest stuff....good workout today |

back is so fucking sore, smashed legs today, squats on the smith machine with toes pointed out, tear drop everyone is mirin hard hahaha. front squats up to 2 plates for 16 reps tons and tons of volume today, then lunges with 45 plates in each hand all the way down to 10 plates |

Couldn't decide if I wanted to deadlift today... so glad I did! 385x8 435x1 475x1 And new personal best 500x1! Edit: First time using chalk too. It was amazing. Felt so much better than straps; too much slack with straps, the weights slide around in my hands too much. |
