Is your physiotherapist specialized in injuries as they relate to sports?

First day back in the gym after a 4 week layoff.

Squatting 225 was hard..
Benching 135 was hard..
I could only do 10 pullups

I feel so weak now

LOLOLOLOL I went to HS with her. Didn't see her for years then she surfaced working at Cactus with my now x-gf. We broke up and... let's just say it was probably myself and some friends that "broke her in" to her current career

Rant:
Opted out of beers on the patio in 20 degree weather downtown Toronto to hit the gym. Get home, try and find my what was a $350 ipod, gone. Fuck, must have fallen out of my bag. Pissed, and angrier then ever as every workout for the last 1.5 years was logged on there. Head to the gym to let out some anger, outside the door I realize it's sunday and it closes at six FFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUU!!!!!. It's 6:54. Should have stayed downtown...

I guess I need to make all new PR again sigh.

noob question: feeling pukey after gym sesh (legs) today and this is the second time it has happened. is there any way to avoid this feeling? I also drink water between routines - maybe thats the cause?

^nope - not a lot of salt. Any other reasons? All I can think of is the water combined with some squats and crunches. Maybe it was the crunches..
