so, this is a pretty popular debate in bodybuilding, but I'd like to bring it up again.. What are your thoughts on cardio? Some say that it actually eats away at metabolically active muscle tissue, some say it just burns fat, and some say it depends on the intensity of the cardio that you do. What are your thoughts RS crew? Do you incorporate cardio into your workouts, and if so, for how long? How do you think it benefits your workouts?

Solid stuff as always Berz. I couldn't see your wrist with the wide grip, but I noticed the low bar stance. But it looked like the wrist was bent - (If not then ignore) but straighten it out, wrist inline with the forearm to prevent any tendinitis.

Nice squat there Berz. Have you tried to squat without the sleeve on the bar? It will help to lower the center of gravity of the bar in relation to the body. Every mm counts when lifting heavy.

Curious, but how long can/does a cut go on for?

What part of the year do you bulk up?

I know clen is not a magical pill, and ive just now learn to appreciate how a proper diet is the key to success.

I'm in same boat as previous poster.....do I focus on cutting/carb count, or on getting bigger, but lose stomach? Or both?

I think I've hit a cutting plateau. I've been bouncing between 138-143 for almost 3 months and I look about the same. Still no six pack lol
What can I do to break this?

The Foam Pad (bitch pad) is literally an 1/8th of an inch thick. I find it helps to relieve a bit pressure across the back. I'm sensitive.

My wrists are as straight as my arms will allow. My arm flexibility is weak but I'm working on it.

That's as deep as I go. My knee's and general flexibility and balance = no true ATG but that was past parallel

Same with me, but I find it very stressful on my shoulders even trying to do low bar. Will upload my video later.

Also, when viewing the squat from front or back, I find that it doest look as deep as it really is. Will post video later in the day.

once a year maybe, this is the most serious cut i have done tho.....
i don't know if i want to bulk up again lol, see how long i can do this tho
