man how do you guys stayed shredded, i look good in the morning then when i start eating and drinking water i look like a fat kent =[ will it gradually be less drastic as i continue to cut?? |
That T-nation article post a few pages back was pretty good regarding bulking/cutting. I am continuing to cut with a goal of having a 6 pack by July. After I am going to go back to eating well 90% of the time and trying to maintain 10% bf while building muscle. |
