man how do you guys stayed shredded, i look good in the morning then when i start eating and drinking water i look like a fat kent =[ will it gradually be less drastic as i continue to cut??

That T-nation article post a few pages back was pretty good regarding bulking/cutting. I am continuing to cut with a goal of having a 6 pack by July.

After I am going to go back to eating well 90% of the time and trying to maintain 10% bf while building muscle.

Got this from deadlifting, ripped off a previous callus. Anyone else's hand feel rough as well?

My hands are always rough, but also because I work with my hands as well.

I do get calluses and have ripped many of them in the past while deadlifting on my heavier lifts when my grip starts to fail.

2 questions:

1) what workout gloves do you guys use, are any random ones from wallmart/sportscheck good? are wrist wraps a must?

2) whats a better rice to eat. brown regular rice > white regular rice.. but is basmati rice > brown regular rice? or is the diff insignificant. right now i'm eating white basmati, but thinking maybe i should go to brown basmati when i decide to cut

2 single 315 deadlift!
1st one was mixed grip second was hook grip. no vid but felt alpha as fuck!


aside from that i still bench like a girl.
