man how do you guys stayed shredded, i look good in the morning then when i start eating and drinking water i look like a fat kent =[ will it gradually be less drastic as i continue to cut??
1) what workout gloves do you guys use, are any random ones from wallmart/sportscheck good? are wrist wraps a must?
2) whats a better rice to eat. brown regular rice > white regular rice.. but is basmati rice > brown regular rice? or is the diff insignificant. right now i'm eating white basmati, but thinking maybe i should go to brown basmati when i decide to cut
man i normally dont like that zyzz stuff but who ever posted that zyzz ultimate track i will shake your hand if i ever see you or take my shirt off for u, that is the best track ever it is like the perfect length for a good workout and yeah its fucking money.

fair enough, but for now while i'm not cutting, what carbs if any do you eat at dinner?
most night i eat a protein (chicken, fish, beef), fresh veggies (no sauce), and white basmati rice (no sauce).
what should i substitute for the rice?
**also, currently i dont eat carbs after my workout.. i just take a massive protien shake.. are carbs a must post workout? if so, how soon after working out, and what type of carbs do you guys eat right after?
