been doing 3x a week cardio now
never done much cardio while dieting usually all diet

^ have you measured your bf% lately? Might as well, since you'd probably be losing a good amount of adipose tissue

my max bench atm is 225, my goal one year from now is to attain a max bench of 3 plates, and to do 5 reps for 2 plates and 25. Imma do it, watch me..
I swear.. If I don't make this goal one year from now, I will never touch weights from then on ever again..

Could barely get 4 plates up today for my DLs, just felt off all morning.

Ended it with some killer intervals and some medicine ball throws when I went at night.

Our gym got an Olympic lifting pad, whatever you'd call it. To go along with the bumper plates, guess I'll be doing some cleaning and jerking

Did squats, DL, bb row and more legs/back last night. Then early turkey dinner. Aww yeah.

Doing cardio 3x per week but may slowly add more.

had a blood clot in the anterior of my right bicep....doc says no upper body workouts for a couple of days....possibility of going for an ultra sound if the swelling doesnt go away...
