did 210 squats yesterday...was about to give up and drop weight midway through my 3rd set, but told myself to man up and busted out 3 more good sets
also got to 285 x5 DL's

Btw there's no banned substance that's used in Craze afaik. I hope they change the flavouring a bit though, after taste is bitter as hell.

i hated the crash from craze, felt like killing myself no joke used it like 3 times and went back to assault. also assault gives better pumps i've noticed..craze focus is def better tho
