Virgin Coconut Oils (VCO) - Unrefined coconut oil The term “VCO” in the coconut oil industry means that this form of coconut oil processing is the most unrefined and most natural form and no artificial filtering or expeller pressing is used. Pretty dead at the gym this morning. Then I remembered it was Easter Sunday :p Nice and quiet for leg day. Squats followed up by the leg press, and shit load of stiff legged deads (Ohhh so good) and some calf variations. |

I think deadlift is what jacked my forearms. Although 330 is hardly heavy, it is probably too much for my t-rex arms :okay: |
