unhappy.
what???? you don't carry a gas mask in your gym bag for conditioning?
Yeah they are scars, there's no way to get rid of them.
Good prevention is to not take creatine if you are just starting out. All that water makes your muscles bigger than you can naturally grow, so can lead to stretch marks in some people.
I was doing weighted dips yesterday, strapped on a full plate for my 3rd set, but could only push out one, and my friend was like goooo, so I jumped back on, but the weight started swinging me and I pulled my left shoulder blade lol (Did 2 more tho btw lol)…embarrassing.

These are money. Keep at it, and when you go back to regular dips it will be ridiculous!
I think it depends partially on your genes. Im 5'10", and Im having trouble gaining bulk…although, I am not a skinny guy and have bulk on me now, I just want to get bigger lol. Ive been having trouble gaining size in my arms, but my friends tell me that Im looking a lot more cut and toned so the muscles probably are growing.
Best bet is if you are serious, get a reputable trainer to get you on a tailored diet.
Dips are awesome, they arms nice and thick lol. They also help a lot with your bench too.
Is it me, or is it more difficult for taller guys to gain mass? I'm getting stronger but my size has been relatively the same. Posted via RS Mobile
yeah it is for sure, tall guys have to focus on back and shoulders more then anything to look big, that is what i did, and i ate like a mutha fucka, but yeah focus on back and shoulders, you gotta get that v taper massive compares to others
k tks, its been only a week and i get this email from them saying it should be delivered... guess i'm spoiled my trueprotein -- their stuff arrives in less than a week

So theres a juicer at my gym. guy stands out like crazy. hes 'that guy'. probably 6' 230+ with muscles on muscles. guy is stupid looking huge. ive never talked to him before
so anywho, jeffh and I are doing incline bench minding out business. I load up 2 plates per (225lbs) and he walks over and says "you got that?" and i say "got what?" and he says "that" and points to the bench and i say "ya" and he says "man thats heavy" and i say "its not bad" and then power out 8 clean reps. and then load another 10 per on (245lbs) and crank out another set.
wtf. thats 2 dudes in 2 weeks that ive never talked to before who have either talked shit, or questioned what im lifting.
i actually saw RRxtars head getting bigger, he needs to go buy new hats tomorrow

i should also mention when he said that he was in between sets of curls using the bench press bench and bar with a 45 per side. which is actually the reason we did incline instead of flat, because he was using it for curls. hah
i dont think 225/245/whatever is that heavy tho. maybe if i was lifting over 300 or something. or maybe i just look alot smaller than i am strong. iono
Steroid users aren't really in the same class as regular lifters. Their goals are different, their whole mentality is different.
Not calling them out or anything, just saying that they're different. I guess those guys didn't realize that, and decided to question you on your lifting.

i would kick him off if he was using that for curls, people who curl in the squat rack should be banned from all gyms
