One guy was just sitting on the flat bench talking to his buddy, while his buddy was working out (his buddy would take long breaks inbetween sets to chat too). I see him do some leg pull ins once every 10 mins. He then did some leg lifts, chatted some more and left. What a waste of space.

Another thing is that doing a lot of back kinda pushes your head forward if you guys know what I mean?

so anywho, jeffh and I are doing incline bench minding out business. I load up 2 plates per (225lbs) and he walks over and says "you got that?" and i say "got what?" and he says "that" and points to the bench and i say "ya" and he says "man thats heavy" and i say "its not bad" and then power out 8 clean reps. and then load another 10 per on (245lbs) and crank out another set.
wtf. thats 2 dudes in 2 weeks that ive never talked to before who have either talked shit, or questioned what im lifting. | Knock him the fuck out buhahaha Quote:

I had a problem with a guy doing that before, and then i went behind him on a bench, and he stared me down like i was interrupting his workout. Dumb fuck

Another thing is that doing a lot of back kinda pushes your head forward if you guys know what I mean? | shirts fit weird because you are pretty light, im 5'11 as well, and shirts dont fit me "well" at 165lbs either

Back from the gym solid work out hit 2 plates fir the first time on incline bench, but it was on the smith machine........ Anyone know if there's a hudge weight difference or how much weight gets taken off because I always here the smith isn't really the true amount of weight your doing so I'm not trying to get to happy about hitting this lift but a new max is always good Posted via RS Mobile |
