wow just realized my right forearm is way bigger than my left from mixed grip dl, thoughts on evening them out? other than the obvious switch which hand is over/under

Warm up with double overhand and only do mix grip on the working sets

thats the gym for ya ... 200 lbs is always 200 lbs, might be able to cheat yourself in other sports but not the gym

I know you guys workin out here for size, but any quick tips on rebooting the fast twitch muscle fibers in my lower body ?
I don't have the same explosiveness on the court that I used to, trying to get some of it back, vertical, lateral quickness... etc..
