Why can't my body feel as torn and broken after a workout day like after a day of DL's? sooo sore, love it. Forearms are screaming too. Double overhand grip, and tried chalk for the first time.

10 reps @ 315, 5 @ 365, 1 @ 405 :( thought I could do more next time I won't do many at 315 and move up faster.
