My form was good today (did 225x5, 275x5, 315x1, 335x1, 355x1, 365x1 ... was going for 405) but by my last pull which was 365x1 my lower back was bugging the shit out of me. I know I had a lot left in me but I backed off to avoid getting hurt. The fuck? Time to buy a belt? My form was fine I don't know wtfs going on I feel fine now, but in the moment it was such a bitch to even take the plates off the bar |
