Spotted 2 civic siRs today at brentwood fitnessworld. One of them had a revscene decal on their side and their rear view mirror has all these labels on them. Also a 05-06 black type-s was there as well.

I start off with incline fly's to warm up 2 sets moderate weight in the 12-15 range.

Then do incline DB's 5 sets peaking in the 90-100lb range for 5-6 reps (no spotter )

3rd exercise is Guillotine Press 1 plate per side I take a 30 second break and then do close grip with the same weight. 3 sets worth.

Next I do cable fly's with an adjustable bench. I start the bench at an incline and do 4 sets each set lowering the bench shooting for 12 reps. I typically increase weight as I get flatter.

Finish with weighted Dips with a 45 plate hanging. Go to failure, unhook weight go to failure again. I angle my feet forward and backward to work the chest and tri depending on what one is more fatigued at that time to make sure I kill em both good.

I do all this in 50 minutes. No fucking around.

both calves cramped out on my during hamstring curls

Been slacking on my diet and indulging in bad foods in the past 2-3 weeks and it shows. Pretty choked at myself. Started my 3rd cycle of the EC stack since January. Goal is to lose 10 lbs of this stomach flab by June.

I've got the same problem. On clen too..

Lately I have a good solid 5 days of good diet during the week, and on the weekend I give in to ice cream. Its a shame. I workout 5 times a week, good diet, and all ruined in 2 days at the end of the week.

How often does everyone else binge?

Believe me, I've been doing hard work since January. This has been my first set back. Out of nowhere came these cravings for chocolates, candies and cakes. I sound like a fuckin pregnant women. I never use to touch that kind of shit before. Now, when I see it I want it. I've been doing a shitload of research on what to eat and stuff. It's just those damn cravings for the past 2-3 weeks like I said. I don't mess around at the gym, I sweat buckets , but like the saying goes "abs are made in the kitchen." I'm still trying to develop that mentality.

From December (before I started) til about mid-April.

You can't binge period dude. As soon as you let your body be weak everything else will crumble. Come on man, clen is supposed to be a reward to yourself, you can't fuck around on that shit. That's like wearing a phucking condom to get a blowjob the fucks wrong with you.

I gotta cut out more calories out of a diet that I already hate but I'd rather eat veggies and eggs than have to wear a t-shirt at the beach this summer. I'm down 25 lbs and got a long ass way to go, but that's my fault and I'll deal with it.




sit down on saturday, buy all your favorite foods. Eat all of them in one sitting until you feel sick. You won't want them after that for a long ass time
