Has anybody every tried this workout from tnation before?

T NATION | 6 Weeks to Superhero: How I Build Muscle and Strip Off Fat - FAST!

I did my first day on it and man was it awesome. Really getting a huge pump from this. Any insight on what you guys think about this workout would be good, even better if someone has done it, did u guys see some good results?

But I'm still not fully satisfied, I've come to realize that the final stretch to my goal is going to be the hardest. Time to work even harder and have an even stricter diet.

I've lost 80 pounds within last few years, and I guess I'm getting frustrated with the dieting.

This threads a big motivator actually, and I knew when I posted that I'd get a fail storm. Hopefully a public shame will push me past the binge phase

Some of my best workouts have been with less than 6 hours of sleep

Not me lol

I am at the point where I know what my body is capable of under different circumstances. With 6 hours I will get it done, but it will be a struggle, and the weights will be the same as last week. I will try adding of course, we'll see how it goes.

I like to listen to these songs as pre-workout, maybe some of you guys will like it. It helps me get my mind straight when I am doubting myself for that max rep.
