I've been using vitamart.ca they have free shipping over 49 bucks. Where as Svn Canada and supplements Canada only has free shipping over 100.

Eventually I gave up on trying to have a budget - it's impossible to eat healthy on a budget if you are eating out all the time.
One tip - yakiniku is your friend (korean bbq) and shabu shabu (hot pot). Lots of reasonably priced AYCE makes it easy to load up on protein, and they usually come with a salad bar to load up on veggies.
Horumon = | Fuck man, you bring back the good ol' days of living in japan. It was the most awesomest experience ever... I ate shabu shabu literally every day... and it was the purest and most delicious food my mouth has ever laid its saliva on... I agree with skinny on the unhealthy living habits... It's hard to find a decent gym in japan too.. a buddy of mine went for a trip there and gained a significant amount of weight, partly because he was eating all the time and also because there was no available gym for him.. As much as I love working out... when you go to japan, enjoy it, even if you have to gain a few pounds, cus its not an experience you'll be able to get here.. Fuck, talking about it just makes my mouth water... I guess my post workout shake will do for now

^ur lucky i didn't see any pics of the actual foods themselves... Or I'd probably eat you alive... On another note... shabu shabu is actually a staple diet for alot of japanese people... The famous k-1 fighter Kid Yamamoto ate shabu shabu all his life

It's good but I prefer yakiniku by a lot. Boiled meat gets very... filling... quickly. You can eat a lot more when it's grilled.

Since we are on the topic, did you live there and end up teaching (we were posting in that employee thread one time)?
I have a couple interviews coming up for some teaching agencies and it may be a possibility for me to leave in late August/early September. If I do get a placement, I just hope I'm not in the middle of nowhere where I have to drive a couple hours just to get to a gym. I will if I have to, however... |

Supposedly there's a gym on campus so I'll be lucky in that department. No shoes allowed either. Good for camping the squat rack all day long
