Two younger mainland chinese kids, one wearing a pair of ripped/faded Diesel jeans and a pair of suede Timberlands. The two of them do three sets of rows or curls or something, then stands in front of the rack of weights for the next 20 mins, talking and texting an taking up space, then leaves.
Then this skinny asian girl who always goes wearing nothing but a pair of short shorts and a sportsbra (who I must admit, is pretty cute; but is a total attention whore), stretching on the ground front of the mirror in the middle of the workout area where people are walking back and forth. Takes a break by laying FACE DOWN so her bare torso and legs are pretty much in full direct contact on the disgusting dirt-covered rubber mats.

Do you guys believe in isolation?
Currently When I do chest I do Incline, Decline and normal. My friend is telling me it's best to focus on either lower or upper chest each week.

315lb bench for 2 with half a lower back. I guess thats the plus side of doing chest, arms, upperback and calves 4x week. injuries and douchbag workouts
just about to go rape front squats, calves multiple times a week jmzilla will do you so good, mine have blown up from 1 day heavy calf work and one day high rep calf work, nice work on the bench

Nope thats too much separation. Working out the chest itself is enough of an isolation already haha..
I been stepping up my leg game. 265pound squats, followed by 5 plate leg press, and lunges. Then finished up with stairmaster. Was completley drenched.
Ever since I started Craze, I have so much more energy. Wanted to keep doing cardio but was late for work
