If your lats don't get sore after hitting them "hard" you are probably hitting something else (like your arms) "hard" and your lats don't do anything |
do some deadlifts. If you do it heavy and properly (by squeezing your glutes), you should definitely feel it in your whole upper back and lower back (less pronounced though). |
yeah lots of people cant get a good pump of back just like pull ups, u gotta squeeze your back i can do 20 pull ups, not even using my arms for help, man i love doing back |

shit I have never felt my glutes sore.. but i do squats, hack squats, leg curls, calf raises, on leg days.. i need to find another exercise that will trigger the glutes.. im following a routine I found online and it also says to do straight leg deadlifts but fuck, 2 compound exercises are enough for one day |
