Speaking of douchebags. I asked thks fatass how many sets he had left while he was just warming up with the bar and he told me "A lot of sets." so i asked if i could work in and he said " no you cant." Wowzer first time that ive encounter douchebags like that.

10mins later he came to me and apologized and said "i didnt appreciate it when you interrupted my set."

How is the elmbridge gym? Does it have a punching bag still? And yea, I used to rack up 3-4 gigs a month data on di.fm cause of gym lol

It's not too bad actually, besides for the three odd characters here.

Punching bag is available if you set it up.

I'm here four to six times a week during the evening.

Holy fuck that was brutal. Especially when every single rep is max effort and speed, and you only rest 75 seconds between sets.

Followed it up with 15 mins on the bike at 160 bpm.

Having first protein of the day, will have viet for breakfast. That will feel very good. :sweetjesus:
