^^ o yeah right

instantneedles 06-08-2012 10:51 PM

Will hopefully be able to upload a vid of myself pressin 110s. But for now, @ 169 lb bodyweight 9% bodyfat.

Trying to get the arms a bit fuller and slim down the waist a bit more, and bring out the traps...

EDIT: I have changed it back to the original version/not photoshopped for the sake of skinny.

SkinnyPupp 06-08-2012 10:54 PM

You're really pushing it with the photoshop effects to increase the contrast ;)

IMO you don't really need to do that, it kind of distracts from your actual gains

instantneedles 06-08-2012 11:00 PM

^im gonna push it a bit further, and say that most of the dudes on the front cover of muscular development shave down, wax themselves and get a major contrast adjustment :concentrate: but I'm sure we get the idea

That looks pretty impressive. Nicely cut and defined. Pretty damn lean too.

Good job :fuckyea:

Looking really good, dude.

Like you said, your arms are a little behind your chest.

How long have you been lifting?

Over the past few years I've done a bunch of fitness stuff, tons of pushups, situps, lunges, etc, but it wasn't until last year that I started touching weights and followed a stricter routine.

It was good though, cus all the fitness stuff really leaned me down and prepared me for lifting heavy..

spideyv2 06-09-2012 02:09 PM

Not all of us do bicep curls and tricep extensions, compounds brahs. Looking solid instantneedles

To those with knee problems.. Never had any before, until now. Started feeling discimfort yesterday, and did the grind this morning. Now it hurts quite a bit, so much that I rather spend the day in bed.

Feels maybe like its flaring? I think it could have been the result of some squats. Also doing a lot of stairmaster lately.

Does this sound like something to get checked out, or just a sore knee?

subordinate 06-09-2012 05:40 PM

Sounds like sore knee and aging lol.

gdoh 06-09-2012 05:47 PM

Fuck yeah, I think I'm addicted. Throw in 3 fat rounded scoops in a bottle and your good to go.

Bought 6 of them suckers when it was Buy 1 Get 1 Half on bb.com a few months ago.

Hey, try this... It could be a result of a stiff Iliotibial tract band or sore adductors, get a foamroller and roll along your IT band (the side of your leg) and it will help release the tension built on your knee joint.

Something else you can do if you don't have a foamroller, is to lightly squeeze the lower end of your quads, and move up the leg and back down the leg.

It really helped for me, so I hope it helps for you.

hal0g0dv2 06-09-2012 09:48 PM

was browsing bb threads and man people are all over Josef Rakich, guy is a skinny kunt, without his mid section he would be nothing

instantneedles 06-09-2012 09:57 PM

^yeah, he's basically a zyzz poser. He's not that bad though... As an ectomorph, he did go through some pretty dramatic changes..

SkinnyPupp 06-09-2012 10:04 PM

Oh fuck I just noticed that my right trap is getting bigger than my left :heckno:

I wonder if it's because I always use my right hand to carry weights and plates around... Damn gotta work on that

On the plus side, starting to see striations in them :fuckyea:

hal0g0dv2 06-09-2012 10:06 PM

Do one sided shrugs lol

SkinnyPupp 06-09-2012 10:23 PM

Actually I think it was just the way I was standing.. after flexing more, they are pretty even. Crisis avoided. Still I think it's better to carry stuff with your non dominant side.

instantneedles 06-10-2012 12:00 AM

^ it might actually be because of a skeletal imbalance. Some of us have one leg slightly longer than the other and this causes everything else to be somewhat shifted... If you notice carefully, some ppl will have one column of their abs slightly lower than their right, and one pec slightly lower than the other. If you notice mike chang from six pack shortcuts, he has that slight skeletal imbalance. Its actually pretty common though, most ppl will have it some way or the other.

SkinnyPupp 06-10-2012 01:27 AM

Hmm I guess thats possible, but I doubt my aryan genetics would allow for that to happen.

:troll:
