It feels like im cheating at the gym not being able to deadlift or squat. I'm nowhere near as exhausted at the end of the day. |

Do you guys think I should still take preworkout if I'm able to stay focused throughout my entire workout anyway? As of now, with 1 1/2 teaspoon of creatine, I'm starting to lose any sort of feeling I might have gotten when I first took creatine... Besides an alertness or a sympathetic response, I doubt the creatine or arginine content in most pwo's are enough to do much for the pump... should i just up my creatine intake? Cus I really don't feel it anymore Edit: nvm, let's slowly drift away from the supp discussion now... |
