im always always sore!! but my legs arent sore most of the time, except my ass :D but i gotta hit the legs harder.. but ya i have no problem getting every other bodypart sore.. i use to have trouble with lats but now there sore as a muthafuka.. i can still feel the soreness after 3 days |
Surprisingly its been happening to my triceps more than anything. And I go till failure on my exercises. I used to get sore 2 days after but lately I havent been feeling ANYTHING It fucks me up mentally cause it makes me think my tricep workout was a waste of energy |
your not suppose to go to failure, stop at the last rep you can do |
don't go to failure maybe, i always leave a bit left in the tank, so when i work out the next day other body parts are healing the sore ones |
my legs always hurt for 3 days at least my tri's usually hurt for 2 days my chest will be sore for a day or 2 if i really work it. sometimes not tho. upper back will feel like i worked it for a day. sometimes not tho. lower back will feel like i worked it for a day after DLs shoulders and bi's dont get sore at all |

ive been getting my bis pretty good lately, tris feel like they are going to explode legs are killer chest and back is always just sore, you can feel youve worked em, but never like my tris still feeling really good about this gym buisness for those keeping score ive been at it for a year and a couple weeks now, id break jeffh from last year in half for sure if he lipped me off haha |

You do have to load it up for quite a long time, I think at least a month before you'll benefit. 4g twice a day, then down to 4g a day is what I do. Taking more than that at a time can upset the stomach |
went back to the gym yesterday for first time in about 3 weeks lol fuck i feel so week... and i mixed to much 1mr made me feel sick half way through had to cut it short =[ |
