also, sometimes if u r not sore does not mean u did not have a good workout, maybe weight a day that has happen i have been sore 2 days after

im always always sore!! but my legs arent sore most of the time, except my ass but i gotta hit the legs harder.. but ya i have no problem getting every other bodypart sore.. i use to have trouble with lats but now there sore as a muthafuka.. i can still feel the soreness after 3 days

Surprisingly its been happening to my triceps more than anything. And I go till failure on my exercises. I used to get sore 2 days after but lately I havent been feeling ANYTHING

It fucks me up mentally cause it makes me think my tricep workout was a waste of energy

don't go to failure maybe, i always leave a bit left in the tank, so when i work out the next day other body parts are healing the sore ones

my legs always hurt for 3 days at least
my tri's usually hurt for 2 days
my chest will be sore for a day or 2 if i really work it. sometimes not tho.
upper back will feel like i worked it for a day. sometimes not tho.
lower back will feel like i worked it for a day after DLs
shoulders and bi's dont get sore at all

maybe you haven't gone to absolute muscle failure... i'm not saying thats what it is in your case but we've all probably at one point thought we were hardcore and pushing it hard... then you learn to push past and get to a whole nother level of intensity, and what you thought was hardcore really wasn't

same goes for shoveling food down

ive been getting my bis pretty good lately, tris feel like they are going to explode
legs are killer
chest and back is always just sore, you can feel youve worked em, but never like my tris

still feeling really good about this gym buisness
for those keeping score ive been at it for a year and a couple weeks now, id break jeffh from last year in half for sure if he lipped me off haha

Anyone else take beta alanine? It has been a favourite of mine, up there with creatine. I swear it helps, but who knows, it could be in my head. I am addicted to the tingling sensation it gives after a dose.. Feels great right before a shower!

You do have to load it up for quite a long time, I think at least a month before you'll benefit. 4g twice a day, then down to 4g a day is what I do. Taking more than that at a time can upset the stomach

went back to the gym yesterday for first time in about 3 weeks lol fuck i feel so week...
and i mixed to much 1mr made me feel sick half way through had to cut it short =[

This might be true. I should correct myself, I didnt mean to absolute failure, but on my last rep with my buddy spotting me it doesnt even feel like I'm lifting the weight. Although he says I am.

I'm having the same thing with my lats today, I killed them yesterday but they're not sore

I seriosuly dunno what I'm doing wrong. My lats have been super sore before with less work. I'm stumped
