^I think you're dropping too fast but it could just be the shitty frame rate.
Keep yo back straight/perpendicular w/ the ground.

What I was planning to do was to make a progress thread. Ppl make journals about their car so why not a thread about workout progress and get opinions and advice. Thoughts?

the whole list of exercises that i do is and i alternate between them every workout, i think most if not all of them are compounds
back squats
front squats
deadlifts
powercleans
bench
overhead press
weighted chinups
weighted pullups
rows would also be great for upperback, but i don't do them personally

Bent over BB rows are great. You could also do weighted Dips... they are something no one should be neglecting.

I love this thead. I get so much info/ things to try | every work out routine should have a major exercise from each of the following as a FOUNDATION to your routine
overhead push
overhead pull
90* in front push
90* in front pull
push with legs
lift off ground
regardless of whether you use a barbell or dumbells or machine or different hand positions or whatever, every weekly routine should absolutely 100% include one serious exercise of each of those movements.
anything else is supplementary.
for example, for pushing in front, you can do incline bench, decline, flat, barbell, dumbells, whatever you want, but on the day that you do that exercise, make it the priority and focal point in the workout.
