I work out legs/full body at once every day I go to the gym. Usually some sort of squat variation (Clean + press, hack squats, front squats, regular squats, jump squats, lunges...etc) and then I have the actual legs days that I go heavy on.

For those that are doing the Layne Norton workout, when you're on a hypertrophy day, how heavy would you go aside from the "speed exercise"?

Mine is neon only for 2 pees then after that it's clear all day

Ya I've been mad cutting since I injured my lower back. Dropped 10-15lbs because I wasn't doing any deadlifts or squats (been almost 2 moths) and semi-clean diet with intermittent fasting. Been fluctuating around 189-200lbs depending on the day (time of fast).

I have a 4 pack right meow :alonehappy:

What can my dad take to lower his LDL? Is there any supplements that help with that? He doesn't eat very bad but I assume it's the body producing LDL

Does he exercise enough? It'll promote reverse cholesterol transport..

Yeah man, I love picking up supps from the states... I got my muscle milk at wal-mart on sale for about $15... I was like fuuuuuu, felt like I shoulda gotten more.

I know someone that picked some up for $5 each, I was like :yuno: He ended up getting 10...
