I work out legs/full body at once every day I go to the gym. Usually some sort of squat variation (Clean + press, hack squats, front squats, regular squats, jump squats, lunges...etc) and then I have the actual legs days that I go heavy on.

Dropped 10-15lbs because I wasn't doing any deadlifts or squats (been almost 2 moths) and semi-clean diet with intermittent fasting. Been fluctuating around 189-200lbs depending on the day (time of fast).
I have a 4 pack right meow

What can my dad take to lower his LDL? Is there any supplements that help with that? He doesn't eat very bad but I assume it's the body producing LDL

ya why did they take his craze away? i just picked up 2 of those bad boys for myself and i never got it taken away, but then again i declared and even showed my receipts for the supps since i had to pay tax
