For squats I put in 245 5RM and bench 215 5RM at 146lbs.

I think everyone has a different definition for "shredded".
Berz is saying 5-7 is shredded, while some might be thinking that seeing abs is shredded.
I think 9-10% is the best looking unless you're massive, like berz said.

^yeah, chest is the one bodypart I can literally work on days on end and not get bored of, or get sick of. I could totally work on chest alone and not touch any other bodypart and still feel great..

nice. are you doing it for 12 weeks? or jsut til you get bored? honestly what i did for mine was since i was only doing 12 weeks, i put in my desire goal at the end of it ;o lets say chest for example, i wanted to hit 225, cus i had never gone past 185. i put in 225 and on a spreadsheet i put in week 1 to 12 and everytime i had to do chest, i went down 5lb, so if in week 12 i worked chest twice , the last day was 225 and the one prior to it was 220 and i just kept going backwards until week 1 where i started at 140. If that makes sense? :l sorry dont know how else to explain haha

I guess I don't really have a favourite... I like working all parts equally. If there's anything I dislike, it's chest I guess. Not sure why though

Ye, I understand what you mean.
Im not sure if im doing 12 weeks. If im still progressing well, why stop.
For goals, I would LOVE to get to 3 plates bench (looong into the future prob) and 3 plates squat.
The main goal though is getting to 155-160lb.
