If it was, I would be 250 lbs by now.

It's really fucken expensive. If it was really important for me to get all jacked, I would probably move.

The steak at the top is about $9 CAD a pound. For a shitty fucking RUMP STEAK. The ones in the middle are about $12 a pound, the cheapest decent beef I can get. But it's also the cheapest cut you can get aside from the rump.

Once in a while I tread myself to a decent sirloin or ribeye for $15 a pound.

Pork and chicken are cheaper, but I am in a beef phase right now lol

In every other way, it is. Just not quality beef, since there is no quality beef in HK or China. It all has to come from Australia. (the good part of that is, the quality beef is REALLY good - way better than Canadian beef imo. It's all grass fed)

^how often do you train legs and what exercises do you do? It might be the angle of the pic but somehow it seems like your thighs have near doubled in size while your calves still remain to be somewhat the same, but like i said it might be the angle..

skinny, why not try getting your meats from those asian street markets? I don't really recall the names but I'm sure there's tons at hk. You probably get your stuff from the supermarket right?

shoulders and tris today

for people who take creatine, how do you manage to drink 4L of water on top of other drinks such as milk / choc milk if your trying to get in more calories?

i can get more calories in by drinking easily 2-3L of milk without even realizing it throughout the day on top of meals, but would like to start supplementing creatine as well.

We shop at supermarkets for some stuff, and street markets for others (but in the summer, mostly supermarkets)

Markets are fine for chicken and pork, but the beef they sell is absolutely fucking HORRIBLE. Veggies are always cheap and fresh. Fish is great too, but kind of a hassle to cook.

Beef (Austrailian, American) is bloody expensive in Korea too, even more so for cows grown in Korea. Pork and chicken is the only viable animal protein for weightlifting nutrition.

Been working out for a little over a month. I've started bulking and gone from 135lbs to 149 lbs so far. I'm still a skinny ass white guy but it's something.

I've been lurking in this thread for a while now, It's cool to see people post their progress and how their workouts went, great for motivation.
