At 145lbs I would do a clean bulk.
- If you cut some more it will just look like your a skinny person who doesn't lift. If that is the look your going for then by all means.. its up to you!
- Their is no point in cutting (unless you are a jacked 145lbs @ 5'1) which I don't think you are..
- Set a goal for next summer. Do a bulk till spring then cut. You will be glad you did!

why cut now? Summers only here for another 2-3 months and by then its going to be september.. so if you do get cut, your really getting cut for the fall.. so just bulk and cut next year around march and you'll be cut for summer.. but at 145lb you should be bulking anyways....
GOMAD diet for bulking? ..is that considered clean?
clean is really a vague term. dont worry about whats clean or not just get a surplus of calories of 500 or so and you'll put on size while minimizing fat...granted you are getting enough protein

Back from a 2wk road trip around bc and ab. Ran a couple times and gym 3 times. Twice in Chetwynd and once at Golds Prince George. Diet was ok. Plenty of lean protein but if course enjoyed lots of baked goods that family gave my fiance and I.
