Motivation is lacking Brah's. I'm stuck at 205lbs. All my lifts are plateaued and I'm getting bored of the gym. No gym partner sucks. On a side note I worked out with Hammerhouse this week. He was 'mirin my deadlifts (315 for sets of 10)
Gotta figure out a way to get over this wall.
Start taking 2 full shakes a day, one in the AM and one post workout. Also start making them with milk if you're not already. Mix up your routine a little, start adding in a couple exercises that you've avoided because they looked intimidating. Fuckin do it!

Halo, what's your back workout routine, i want a back like yours
my back, to this day, is still weak as fuck
man honestly nothing special,
- I just have always really focused on the actually lat portion of the exercise, really feeling the upper armpit/side of lats. I am not a big believer in dead lifts to get a wide massive back, that will get you the thickness. I always find one exercise like to do 8 sets at the end strictly for lats, like
i actually invented this exercise no joke but with a v hook grip, this will fuck you lats up to a whole other level

One of the things I like about my program is that you're never doing the same thing for more than 4 weeks. You are never able to hit a plateau that way. Weights are ALWAYS going up, or reps per set at least.
Fuck I feel tired when I wake up in the morning, not mentally but physically even though I haven't done jack shit yet and I'm starting to go to the gym.
