Did some research into IF, and found it pretty interesting. Was gonna say that I was gonna give it a try, but realized that I was already following the pattern all along LOL. The difference now is that Ill feel much less guilty for skipping out breakfast, as Ive always been hatin on myself for doing so..
But thing is, how do I work in IF into my bulking goals?
You can bulk while on IF , it is just harder... ex. eating 4000 calories and all your macros between ur 6-8hr eating window, majority of cals being consumed post workout

Gj man. How did 275 feel? But maybe you could've done a bit more if you didn't jump all the way to 315.
275 was harder than I originally thought lol, when I failed 315, I went for 295 and failed that too
Heads up to anyone who works out at fitness world kingsway, some barbells are bent and fucked up...if the bar isn't twisted in the right direction, it will spin on you. I learnt this.the hard way.

or when you're doing skullcrushers get that mind muscle connection and focus on using your left. one handed cable extensions/dumbbell preacher curl are also a possibility.

I might do an extra rep or two on the left side for some exercises..

If you're doing any exercises with alternating movements involving a dumb bell, always start with your weaker arm. You'll see a vast improvement in strength after awhile with your less dominant arm.
I have so much free time lately thinking about doing 2 gym sessions a day.. anyone done this before? (no cell tech)
why though... I could see the point in doing a morning cardio session, and then a resistance training session later on... but otherwise it'd be a waste of time imo
