or when you're doing skullcrushers get that mind muscle connection and focus on using your left. one handed cable extensions/dumbbell preacher curl are also a possibility.

no fap thread :troll: and ya it seems in skullcrushers when i focus my mind i hit it more with my right..but will def try to focus the left arm! and i already do cable ext, i shud just add more reps, and need to do preacher curls ;o

I might do an extra rep or two on the left side for some exercises..

It will eventually even out or close to it.

thanks :)

iight, i always seem to start with the more dominant hand but will def switch it up!

Arms day? :troll:

Anyways, fat gains are inevitable while bulking. Who cares about a bit of belly fat, your main goal is to gain weight and get stronger. The excess fat can be shed off easily, so don't make it an issue while you bulk.

i go to the gym 2-3 times a week, and have AT LEAST 1 day rest in between. i don't follow a routine lol i just go in there and work every muscle i possibly can within an hour LOL but yea today i focused more on arms
thanks for the insight though :D it's just that it's summer lol and i actually wanna look toned shirtless, but winter come i'll prolly have a bit of a belly

THIS!!

I thought my mind was playing tricks on me so I tested it out by taking a week of zma then a week of no zma and yesterday I took zma again to see if it makes a difference. Went to bed at 1 am took 3 caps of zma woke up at 5 am couldn't go back to sleep. I have never slept more then 6 hours after taking zma.

anyone take melatonin?

I do on occasion, but not often. I prefer phenibut

sonick 07-04-2012 07:38 AM

Anybody ever order from redtagnutrition.com? Are they legit?

Prices are good but seems like a new site and can't find much info on them.

i do sometimes.. it definitely gets me into a deeper sleep and i noticed (at least for me) it gives me a better quality of sleep if i were to only be able to get 4-5 hours of rest. i'd wake up feeling more or just as refreshed compared to getting 6-7 hours of rest without it.

strykn 07-04-2012 08:31 AM

I am a regular melatonin taker 3/7 days, then my body gets use to it naturally

TouringTeg 07-04-2012 09:02 AM

thoughts on HIIT vs LISS cardio??

my trainer right now keeps telling me not to do HIIT. Has me only doing cardio on off days and lifting for 4 out of 7 days. fat is low carbs are moderate protein high.

I was not getting the results I wanted out of high protein moderate fat low carb diet that I have used quite a few times. Thought i'd change it up.

I made a horrible mistake back in the days. I started using straps WAY too early. Now even when I do curls I need to use straps. what the hell can I do about this? how do I make up for my grip now? If I don't use straps I'm basically getting extreme cramping in my forearms after the workout and my grip is giving out way before the muscle I am working out. of course this is normal with back workouts but I mean there is a problem when you need straps to curl

sonick 07-04-2012 09:12 AM

What results are you looking for? Generalizing, LISS is ideal for fat loss and cutting, HIIT for stamina and cardio.

strykn 07-04-2012 09:18 AM

About to do heavy legs workout fasted... should i pepper my angus skinny? kind of scared.
