speaking of grilled cheese sammiches. i like to take a grilled cheese sammich but sub the processed cheese for real cheddar, and then sub the bread for bbqed 100% sirloiin patties. and sub the butter for ketchup and mustard.

essentially, my goal is to probably stay at a stable 173-174

remember ol Halo was in the 6000 or 7000 cal a day range

that is probably when you can say you are eating enough, and at your genetic potential

gomad is a pretty interesting concept. however, i'm lactose intolerant so milk won't be a suitable alternative for me... is there a lactose-free shake out there that has that amount of calories?

You know you are now the alpha male in the gym when:

1) The girl at the front desk who's been chatty and smiley saying hi when you've come in for the last couple weeks finally asks "So what was your name?"
2) A group of women in the gym start working out around you, and intentionally walk in front of you during your exercises while creeping in the mirror.
3) Said group of women are busted looking at you in the mirror across the gym in a huddle with smiles on their faces. Twice.

Come at me beaches of Europe MY BODY IS READY

Lactase drops - 12 bucks and can give me about 5 jugs of lactose free milk.

No excuses bro.

I like oatmeal protein shakes. 2 cups oatmeal, 1 scoop whey. ~770 calories, 60g protein, 110g carbs.
Add a couple tablespoons of peanut or almond butter if you want to get serious.

Lactose free milk is available to buy at any big grocery store. I'm lactose intolerant too and found it fucking awesome...available in skim, 1&2%. Have not yet seen Homo yet though.

Fuck man, looking really thick and solid right there. If I were you I wouldn't cut any more unless you're hitting the beaches and want some washboard abs.

Really liking the size you have for your biceps and traps... Ideally that is the physique I am trying to get at... My chest is probably a bit bigger than yours and maybe the delts, but damn, i really gotta pack on some size for my arms and traps

whats your bodyweight bro?

^^^^^^^ you have a well rounded physique, i would not cut anymore just maybe add some cardio hiit 3 days a week if u don't.

The thing i found about dieting and just coming of a massive diet/cut. It not realistic being at 5 percent body fat, ya it is sweet being crazy diced. It is very very hard to maintain being that low and i am slowing starting to creep back up

blackv62k2 that is a great body, maybe just work midsection a bit more
