It's funny when used sparingly.. the zyzz and bert memes are awesome... but structuring entire phrases out of it is just.... kinda poserish....

It wouldn't be hard to feel the difference between eating 2 lb of cabbage and 2 lb of peanut butter (not sure why I would do that though, 5300 calories of peanut butter ). Caloric intake calculation, though a good guideline to follow, is still a "guesstimation" itself, so as someone with relatively low weight, i'd have to really eat till I'm full, if my caloric intake doesn't already tell me that
What I was really trying to get at was, that after several months of bulking, I seem to be staying at the same weight consistently, and keep in mind this is after a 25 lb jump...
Just out of the blue, but something I've been wondering for awhile, but does an increase in feces output from bulking mean that your body isn't absorbing the nutrients you are feeding it and is expelling more unused weight? Or does poop have no correlation at all to bodyweight? | Your maintenance input increases along with your weight, so what you use to eat to make you gain weight has now increased. That's why its always easy to gain those first 10 pounds, but after that you really have to push your diet. I know you're eating till your "full", but guys like halo eat beyond that.

I went to the gym on Sunday with my mind well rested from a good night of sleep, my focus was spot on, and basically looked at the bar and told myself "You're going to lift this" with supreme confidence. Unracked it, only wanted to do 1, ended up doing 2 @ 145lbs. I think it was cause I was so full of satisfaction after the first rep, that made the 2nd rep easier than the 1st.
I have this little tendency to grip the bar with both my hands, shake the bar like i'm sizing it up, tense up my back and arms, then unrack it and aim for the air. Seems to work.
2 weeks ago, 135lbs was hard. Today I did 3 reps no problem.
The threat of a heavy barbell coming down on my head is a good motivator too.

The mind muscle connection is just as powerful a workout tool as your muscles themselves, and really in the end, that is what it all comes down to. The ability for your brain to make the muscles do the work. That's why rest is so important too. Often it's not your body that is fatigued, but your brain.

Now that I'm going through isoflex protein quite fast, what's the difference between an expensive name brand, and let's say, a cheaper no name brand from walmart?
