Finished off with:

Squat - 285 x 3
Bench - 225 x 5
Pendlay Rows - 180 x 5
Front Squat - 230 x 5
Overhead Press - 135 x 5
Deadlift - 350 x 2
Weighted Pull-Ups with 35s for 6

I think I may just go with a high volume split to emphasize hypertrophy for a while.
the fuck brah, how old are you? strong stats

Switched from ON 100% whey to Myofusion because Reflex only had ON in strawberry. Myofusion doesn't mix as well

I mix myofusion with a bit more water than what they ask for..... it mixes better and not as thick.

I find that if i do not scoop the bottom up with a chopstick, theres fairly large chunks on the bottom.

I've been thinking of picking up a pair of weightlifting shoes but for now I'm still just wearing chucks. Do you front squat or high bar squat? I heard with those styles of squatting if you want to squat ATG with heavy weights weightlifting shoes with a raised heel are pretty much mandatory.

Rippetoe even recommends them for deadlifting. But I think he's in the minority because most people recommend something with a flat bottom for pulling.

Anyone else have experience with weightlifting shoes?

Box squats are killing my confidence lol. Struggling with 195 x 8 and a very low box (below parallel). When I get weak, and fall forward it funny as my quads are obviously more developed and I push the weight up at about 4x's the speed. Ah well. Ego tested

Who here uses green tea for thermogenic purposes? Is green tea enough, or do you add something else to it for the effect?

Any other teas? I wanna get off coffee and look for a healthier alternative.
